Audra Lynn (Clubb) Farrar entered the presence of her Savior on July 23, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born Sept. 9, 1976, in Poteau. Although life led her to spend several years living in St. Louis, Missouri, and San Antonio, Heavener was always home. It was there that she was raised, built lifelong friendships, and developed the values that shaped the remarkable woman she became.
A celebration of Audra’s life is Wednesday, at 2 p.m. at Freedom House Fellowship in Heavener with Ashton Wright, Braxton Sullivan, and Brother Sam Dyer officiating. Burial will follow in Heavener Memorial Park, under the direction and care of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home in Heavener.
From an early age, Audra embraced life with enthusiasm. Those who knew her often described her as a “firecracker.” She had a contagious energy, quick wit, and magnetic personality that drew people to her wherever she went. She loved being surrounded by family and friends and never met a stranger. Her warmth, humor, and generous demeanor made others feel welcome and valued.
During her years at Heavener High School, Audra excelled both in and out of the classroom. She played the flute in the Heavener High School Band and competed in track, earning multiple state medals. She graduated as salutatorian, though family members always joked that she should have been valedictorian after receiving a final grade of 89.5 that was never rounded up. It became one of the many stories that brought laughter to family gatherings through the years.
Some of Audra’s fondest memories were made during those years. After faithfully saving for her first car, her parents surprised her with a brand-new Mustang that she treasured. She also cherished the opportunity to travel to Paris and London with her high school’s foreign language club. The trip was made even more meaningful because her parents, Joey and Judy, and her younger brother were able to share the experience. Audra was proudly a “daddy’s girl,” and some of her happiest moments were spent laughing with her father.
After graduating from high school, Audra earned degrees from Carl Albert State College and John Brown University. Her education reflected the determination, intelligence, and ambition that would characterize every season of her life.
For the past 15 years, Audra shared a beautiful marriage with her husband, Randy Farrar. Their relationship was marked by steadfast love, unwavering loyalty, and genuine devotion. Audra deeply appreciated the way Randy cared not only for her but also for her two sons as though they were his own. Randy adored Audra’s beautiful blue eyes, dimples, and unforgettable smile, but even more, he admired her compassionate heart, generous spirit, and willingness to love others without reservation. Together, they built a home filled with laughter and unconditional love.
Audra’s greatest calling and joy was being a mother. She loved her sons, Ashton Wright, Braxton Sullivan, and her stepsons, Brett and Ryan Farrar, whom she loved as her own. She faithfully encouraged them, celebrated every milestone, and remained one of their greatest supporters through every stage of life.
If being a mother was her greatest joy, becoming “GiGi” was her greatest delight. She treasured every moment with her grandchildren, Asher, Colibri, and Lottie Wright, and Conrad Sullivan. Nothing brought a bigger smile to her face than hearing their laughter, watching them play, or simply spending time together. Her grandchildren adored their GiGi and eagerly anticipated every opportunity to be with her.
Audra expressed love in countless ways, but perhaps none more clearly than through thoughtful generosity. Gift-giving was her love language. She delighted in finding meaningful gifts that reminded others they were loved and valued. She also loved opening her home, hosting family gatherings, and creating memories around the table. Whether playing Farkle, Scattergories, or Speak Out, cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners, shopping, decorating, tending flowers, traveling, or simply listening to her favorite music, Audra found joy in bringing people together. Her laughter was contagious, and her hospitality made everyone feel like family.
Above all else, Audra loved Jesus. She trusted in Him as her Lord and Savior at a young age and sought to follow Him throughout her life. She grew up attending Trinity Baptist Church in Heavener, where the foundation of her faith was established. Her faith in Jesus produced the compassion, generosity, grace, and loyalty that defined her life and continues to influence those who knew her.
Those who loved Audra have described her as giving, thoughtful, encouraging, adventurous, genuine, humorous, and kind. She was steadfast and outspoken in her convictions, generous beyond measure, fiercely loyal to those she loved, and always willing to see the best in people. One of the greatest lessons she imparted to her family was to remember that there are always two sides to every story and to extend grace before hastily passing judgment. Her life was a beautiful testimony of compassion, believing the best in others, and loving people faithfully.
Audra is survived by her devoted husband, Randy Farrar; her sons, Ashton Wright and wife, Jaxi, Braxton Sullivan and girlfriend, Christian Schiffner, and stepsons Brett Farrar and partner Charlie Foster, and Ryan Farrar; her beloved grandchildren, Asher, Colibri, and Lottie Wright, and Conrad Sullivan; her parents, Joey and Judy Clubb; her mother-in-law, Freda Farrar; her brother, Jody Clubb and wife, Charla; her sister, Yolanda Wilson and husband, Ed; her nieces, Makenzie Luman and husband, Dalton, Makaylee Wilson and fiancé, Zachary Garrett; and her nephews, Jackson and Spencer Clubb.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clyde and Sarah Autrey, Claudie and Edna Clubb, and her father-in-law, Tommy Farrar.
Though her family grieves deeply, they do not grieve without hope. Audra’s confidence rested in the finished work of Jesus Christ, and today she is completely healed, free from sin, and delighting in His presence. Her legacy lives on in the faith she professed, the family she cherished, the friendships she cultivated, and the countless lives she touched through her generosity, compassion, laughter, and steadfast love.
Pallbearers are Ashton Wright, Braxton Sullivan, Makenzie Luman, Makaylee Wilson, Jackson Clubb, Spencer Clubb, Brett Farrar, and Ryan Farrar.
Audra will lie in state on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. with family visiting with friends from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Trinity Baptist Church Building Fund at PO Box 417, Heavener, Oklahoma 74937 in memory of Audra Farrar.
