Bill Bob Cupp, 99, of Locust Grove passed away on Feb. 2, 2026, in Tulsa.

He was a veteran of the United States Army Air Corps during World War II, where he served as an aerial photographer in the Philippines.
Funeral service is 10 a.m. on Friday at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with Phil McGehee officiating. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Poteau, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
Surviving family members are his son Bill Cupp and wife Mary of Locust Grove; daughter, Beverly Weaver, of Muskogee; granddaughters Rhonda Sue Holman, Jayne Katherine Hill, Candice Ferrari and Tiffani Sexton; grandsons James Madison Cupp, John Emery Edward Cupp, Taylor Lee Cupp, Aaron Cupp and Will Martin; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his spouses, Billie June Cupp and Emily Cupp; son John Cupp; and two sisters.
