The visit brought together local leaders, dignitaries, and members of the Carl Albert community.

Burrage began his visit by speaking to members of the CASC Scholars Program, where he encouraged students to embrace leadership, perseverance, and service as they pursue their educational goals.

Following the class visit, Burrage and Jobe joined CASC President Dr. Jay Falkner, college administrators, and community leaders for a luncheon focused on the college’s ongoing efforts to advance workforce development, expand online learning opportunities, and provide accessible, affordable education for students across eastern Oklahoma.

“It’s always an honor to host Chancellor Burrage and Dr. Jobe on our campus,” said Falkner. “Their leadership and support for Oklahoma’s community colleges make an incredible difference for our students and our region. We’re proud to share the success stories happening every day at Carl Albert.”
