Celebration of life for Charles Alfred Schrodt, 73, of Stigler is 11 a.m. Tuesday at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with Phil McGehee officiating. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Poteau, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
He was born Oct. 12, 1952, in Poteau to Norma Jean (McAlister) Schrodt and Henry Woodrow Schrodt. He passed away Nov. 13, 2025, in Stigler.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Survivors are his brothers Jim Schrodt of Poteau and Ronnie Schrodt of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his nephew, Jared Schrodt of Seattle, Washington; and his niece, Katy Prater of Fort Smith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Norma Schrodt, and his wife, Mary Kathryn Schrodt.
