Christopher Robert Arter death notice

Christopher Robert Arter, 45, of Panama will have private family services at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau. 

He was born Aug. 3, 1979 in Pensacola, Florida, to Olivia Gail (Ray) Arter and James Mitchell Arter. He passed away July 7, 2025, in Panama.

Surviving family members are his daughter Jennifer and wife Rebecca McKenzie; sons Ethan Arter, and Gabriel Arter and wife Carolyn; granddaughter, Moira; and his brother and sister-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Laurence Arter.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
