Funeral services for Charlotte F. Smith, 83, of Spiro are 11 a.m. Monday at Mallory-Martin Chapel in Spiro with Pastor James T. Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Knothole Cemetery in Cameron, under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro.

Charlotte was born Aug. 31, 1941, in Bokoshe to Hazel (Nixon) Partain and Ocie Partain and passed away peacefully on June 16, 2025, in Muldrow.

Charlotte was a proud and faithful member of Spiro First Baptist Church. A talented artist, she had a special passion for oil painting and was known for her creative spirit. She retired after 32 years of dedicated service as an inspector at Whirlpool. Above all, she cherished her family deeply and especially adored her grandchildren. One of her final gifts of love was a handmade photo album for each family member, filled with treasured memories and special pictures.

Survivors are her sons Jack Van Geren, Jr. and wife Gina, and Craig Geren and wife Beverly; grandchildren Brent Geren and wife Jill, Kip Teagarden and wife Jane, Brittany Hogan and husband Quin, Courtney Narez and husband Tony, Sarah Coluccino and husband Michael, Kayla Ross and husband Tyler, and Shelby Maxwell; 12 great-grandchildren; step-brother, David Christie; step-daughter, Kim Maxwell; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Harold Smith; her sister, Dianna Clinton; and her brother, Phillip Partain.

Pallbearers are Brent Geren, Kip Teagarden, Michael Coluccino, Tyler Ross, Tony Narez and Quin Hogan.

The family will greet friends for visitation on Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Viewing is Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and again Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.

Messages of comfort may be sent to the family online at www.MalloryMartinFuneralHomeSpiro.com.
