Funeral services for Paul Staton Pitsco planned

Funeral services for Paul Staton Pitsco planned

Funeral services for Paul Staton Pitsco, 74, of Pocola are 10 a.m. Tuesday at Evans and Miller Chapel of Memories in Pocola with Kane Riggs officiating. Burial will follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Pocola, under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro.

Paul was born Aug. 20, 1951, in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Geneva (Lindsey) Pitsco and Paul Staton Pitsco, Sr., and passed away Oct. 30, 2025 in Howe.

He was a hard worker who enjoyed cutting firewood, working in the garden, and tending to his cows. Paul found joy in staying busy and was known for his generous spirit and dedication to helping others. He was involved with 633 Recovery and was a proud supporter of their mission.

Survivors include his sons Shawn Pitsco and wife Candy, and Shilow Pitsco; grandchildren Tristan Pitsco and Trenton Pitsco; sister, Debbie and husband Randy Riggs; along with numerous other relatives and loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Geneva and Paul Staton Pitsco, Sr.

Pallbearers are Tristan Pitsco, Trenton Pitsco, Barry Riggs, Rod Bacon, Lee Turpin and John Johnny.

Viewing and visitation is Monday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Evans and Miller Funeral Home in Pocola.
