4. Consider, discuss, and take action to nominate 1 new members to the Heavener Utility Board of Trustees.

5. Consider, discuss, and take action to declare surplus the following vehicles:

1. 2018 Dodge Charger, last 4 of Vin # 2157, odometer read 59,043, black in color
2. 2018 Dodge Charger, last 4 of Vin # 2158, odometer read 82,024, black in color
3. 2009 Chevy 4 door pickup truck, 4 wheel drive, last 4 of Vin # 1871, odometer read 174,074, gray in color

6. Consider, discuss, and take action to approve and accept Hillcrest Heights plat as a subdivision in the city limits.

7. Consider, discuss, and take action on park grant bids to be opened at this meeting.
