Heavener School Board will meet in a regular business meeting 6 p.m. Monday in the Glenn Scott Educational Center’s boardroom at 500 West Second Street.

Consent Agenda: All the following items concerning reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at a board meeting will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, and approval of the following items:

7. Approve or disapprove 2025-2026 Estimate of Needs and 2024-2025 Financial Statements from Kerry J Patten, CPA.
8. Approve or disapprove an amendment to Board Policy EBA School Hours and revisions to the 2025-2026 District Calendar.
9. Approve or disapprove the College Remediation Report, ACT College Report, and First Time College Attendance Report as presented by the site administrator.

• Approve or disapprove the Student Dropout Report as presented by the site administrator.
• Approve or disapprove changes to the 2025-2026 Student Handbook.
• Approve or disapprove ACT in place of End of Year Testing.
• Approve or disapprove the contract with Oklahoma Department of Human Services and Heavener Public Schools for the addition of a School-Based Family Specialist.
• Approve or disapprove the School Psychometrist Agreement with Linda McGowen for 2025-2026.
• Approve or disapprove Adjunct Teachers for 2025-2026:

1. Approve or disapprove the Heavener School Board Policy Manual for 2025-2026.
2. Approve or disapprove CEP plan on Child Nutrition Program for 2025-2026 and increase meal prices for adult breakfast from $2.37 to $2.42 and adult lunch from $4.15 to $4.20.
3. Approve or disapprove an addition of Securly to the approved communication platform list that coincides with policy DHAC for 2025-2026.
4. Approve or disapprove a payment to Blue and Gold Sausage Co. in the amount of $19,605.00.

20.Approve or disapprove the addition of Sabrina Dyer to the online banking platform at First National Bank for the Building Account #82548, Sinking Fund Account #82504, Activity Fund Account #226846 and the Time Deposit Account #504654.

• Approve or disapprove a resolution to authorize the execution of a deed for Heavener Blk 84 Lot 4, and designate Superintendent Ed Wilson to sign on behalf of Heavener Public Schools.
