• Consider, discuss, and take action to approve Ordinance # 791-25   creating part 5, chapter 9, sections 5-901, 5-902, 5-903, 5-904 and 5-905 to prevent tobacco businesses from building near schools and institutions where children regularly gather.

• Consider, discuss, and take action to approve Ordinance # 792-25   adopting and enacting the 2025 Heavener Code of Ordinances as compiled and revised by Municipal Code Management. 

• Consider, discuss, and take action to approve Resolution # 2025-003 notifying the residents of Heavener of the adoption of the newly compiled Code of Ordinances.

• Consider and take action on code violations for GONZALES, MARCIAL & VERISTAN (H&W), for property located at 0 E FIRST ST, for rank weeds and grass.
