4. Consider, discuss and take action to approve Ordinance #793-25 creating Part 7, Chapter 6, Sections 6-101, 6-102. 6-104, 6-105, 6-106, 6-107 and 6-208 to establish a fee schedule for open record equests and provide for exemptions, costs and procedures pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Record Act.
5. Consider, discuss and take action to approve quote from National Fitness Campaign LP in th amount of $85,000 toward the purchase of the fitness court.
