Joe Shawn Fines death notice

Joe Shawn Fines, 54, of Pocola passed away on Nov. 21, 2025 and was born on Feb. 7, 1971 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Shirley (Hicks) Fines.

A private family service will be held to honor Joe’s life.

He was survived by his daughters Misty Fines and Zoann Thompson; his granddaughter, Sophia Thompson; his wife, Connie Fines; his mother, Shirley Fines; his brother, Kenny Fines; his sister, Bonnie Khanhthamany; his nieces, Crystal Fines and Courtney Ball; his nephews, Chris Murphey, Michael Khanthamany, and Kenny Lee Jr.; his aunt, Jonie Morland; his uncle, Roy Hicks; and his close friend, Karen Walters.
