Poteau faces Wister Thursday in the winners bracket finals of the baseball LCT.

Poteau is 16-2 on the season and has won 26 strauight games. Wister is 10-9 and ranked 10th in Class A1. Both teams are undefeated in the tournament this year with the Pirates knocking off top-seeded Cameron and Wister edging Pocola in Tuesday’s games.
The loser drops into the losers bracket. In the losers bracket semifinals, Pocola meets Panama at noon Thursday with Talihina going against Cameron at 2 p.m.
The winner of those two games play at 4 p.m. Thursday with all three games at Panama. The survivor of those games plays the Poteau and Wister loser at 4 p.m. Friday with the winner also advancing to the championship series.
The winner of the Poteau and Wister game would only need one more win while the team that advances out of the losers bracket would need to win two games in the championship round.
