Stacy Marie DuCommun obituary

Stacy Marie DuCommun of Howe was born Oct. 18, 1972 in Long Beach, California to Michael Lee and Mary Jane (Gates) Collins and passed away Nov. 22, 2025 in Poteau at the age of 53.

Memorial services to honor Stacy are 6 p.m. Thursday at the Green Country Cowboy Church in Poteau with Pastor Brandon Ivy officiating and 6 p.m. Friday at the Cross Community Church in Poteau with Pastor Brandon Ivy officiating.

Stacy was a longtime resident of the area and was a homemaker. She attended Green Country Cowboy Church. Stacy was involved in PTK, varsity basketball, and volleyball during her high school years. She was a member of the Silver Spur Club. Stacy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors are her father Mike Collins and wife Mary; her mother, Mary Gates; her husband, Anthony DuCommun; two daughters Marissa Masuno and Lauryn Kouchi; one son, Brandon Kouchi; one sister, Tina Collins; one half-sister, Carly Collins; two brothers Michael and Ben DuCommun; her grandchildren Jackson, Kian and Akari; other family members Sandy Carey, Danielle, Melania, Crystal, Symphony, Travis, Michael, Kelvin, Kenneth, Bill, Billy, Holley, Riley, Madison, Bailey, Zane, Liberty Gerdes, Brianna McMullen, Kenneth, Bethany, Wyatt, Michael, Isabella Gerdes, Christina MeuMann, Tonia, Terry, Birdie, and Johnson Family, and many more extended family; numerous other loved ones and friends.

The family request that you wear Disney “Stitch” attire to the funeral. 

Cremation arrangements are the care of Dowden-Roberts Funeral & Cremation Center in Poteau, Oklahoma.
