Pocola also got the win, but it was much tighter as the Indians grabbed the lead early and had to survive a Pawnee comeback in the second half to win, 24-20. The Indians improve to (9-2) and visit Fairview (10-1) next week.
The Black Bears close with a 7-4 record.
Pawnhuska ran past Panama, 48-6, to end the Razorbacks’ season at 7-4. Pawhuska advances to next week’s game with a 10-1 record.
Arkoma was blanked at Cherokee, 46-0, to end the Mustangs’ season at 3-8. Cherokee moves on to the next round with a 9-2 record.
