Three LeFlore County football players were were named to the Oklahoma Coaches Assiciation east all-state team and will play in the all-state football game July 30 at the University of Central Oklahoma.
Heavener’s Jerami Castille and Poteau’s Camden Crew were selected to offense while Talihina’s Jake Sherer was named to the defensive team.
Read more: Three LeFlore County players named all-stateCastille was selected as an offensive lineman, Crew made the team as a tight end and Sherer as a defensive back. Castille was coached by Jeff Broyles, Crew’s coach was Jake Hayes and Sherer’s coach was Kelly Gravitt.
On the all-star by class, Sherer and Malachi Releford of Panama was named to the Class A offense and Jackson Parker of Pocola on defense for the east.
In 2A, Castill was on the offense.
The Class 4A east had Poteau’s Sam Tecla as a defensive back, Crew as a tight end and Spencer Perry as a running back.
