Billy Dale Monroe services set

Billy Dale Monroe, 94, passed away at his home in Bokoshe Aug. 9, 2025.

He was born Feb. 15, 1931 in Keota to Albert Henry Monroe and Maude Lillian Robinson. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Funeral services are 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Panama Calvary Church, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home.

Surviving family members are his wife of 70 years, Leona Monroe; his children Bill Monroe and wife Sharon, Jimmy Monroe and wife Marty, and daughter, Linda McMillin; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
