Funeral service is 2 p.m. on April 10 at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with Phil McGehee officiating. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Poteau, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
Survivors include his wife, Kay Quinn, of Wilburton; his daughter, Kay Walls, of Wilburton; his brother, Jackie Bush, of Oklahoma City; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, David Lewis, Sr.; his sister, Juanita Thompson; and three brothers.
