Diana Lynne Lugo-Caldwell, 62, of Heavener, passed away June 7, 2026.
A celebration of life service is pending and will be announced.
Lugo-Caldwell was preceded in death by her father, Antonio Lugo; her husband, Dennis Caldwell; and her son, David Caldwell.
She is survived by her son, Darrell Caldwell; daughters Marietta Maxwell, Loretta Caldwell and Rosetta Mahar; her mother, Barbara Smith; brothers Jeffery Smith and James Smith; sisters Christina Lugo and Rebecca Lee; and 16 grandchildren, along with other relatives, loved ones and friends.
