Poteau Valley Genealogical Society monthly meeting

The Poteau Valley Genealogical Society’s monthly meeting is Thursday, at the Patrick Lynch Library in Poteau. Conversation, coffee and refreshments start at 5 pm, followed by a business meeting at 5:30. Plans for the Sept. 26 cemetery tour and other projects will be discussed.
After the business meeting, John Kelly will present an educational program on Irish ancestry. PVGS meetings are open to the public – you don’t have to be a member to attend.
