Heavener defeats McCurtain, 5-3, Thursday in a non-district fast pitch softball contest.
Heavener, which does not have a senior on the roster, improves to 11-13, while McCurtain is now 8-6.
The Lady Wolves travel to Westville Monday before hosting Spiro Tuesday in district games.
Kristy Shadwick got the win for Heavener. She pitched all seven innings, allowing five hits with three runs, all earned, three strikeouts and four walks.
Haylee Morrison doubled while going 2-4 with a RBI and a run scored while Shadwick finished 2-3 with a RBI.
