Foreign national David Origel-Villalobos, a/k/a David Villalobos Origel, a/k/a/ David Origel Villalobos, a/k/a/ David Origel, a/k/a Michael Ryan Martinez, 42, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that the alien, was sentenced to eight months in prison for one count of Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien.
The charge arose from an investigation by the LeFore County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Removal Operations.
