Heavener boys fare well in own meet

Heavener boys had a good day at the Heavener track meet Thursday.

Jerami Casteel was first in the discus and second in the shot put. Jerred Boss was first in the 4×800 and second in the 800. Morgan Altstatt was first in the 4×800, second in the 1,600 and scored points in the 4×400.

Parker Brand was part of the first-place team in the 4×800, scored points in the 4×400 and the 400. Geren Palmer was also on the first-place 4×800 team, and scored points in the 110 hurdles and 300 hurdles. Brecken Barnes had points in the 4×400.

For the Lady Wolves, Gracie Springfield was second in the 300 hurdles and scored points in the 100, 110 hurdles and long jump.
