Heavener boys won the Spiro cross country meet championship Tuesday with Wolves taking the top two spots.
Morgan Altstatt finished first with Geren Palmer coming in second. Slayde Cockburn, Diego Cruz, Jerred Boss and Aden Walker also received medalts.
Kanan Summers received a medal for the Lady Wolves.
The junior high Wolves were second, led by meet champion Ethan Anderson. Adair Hernandez, Alvaro Vasquez medaled while Bryan Martinez and Constantine Kincaid received points.
For the junior high Lady Wolves, they finished third overall, led by Milly Harp. Charlie Steerman and Josie Ellis received medals while Diana Martinez and Isabelle Benton received points.
Heavener hosts its cross country meet Oct. 8.
