4. Consider, discuss, and take action to open mowing bids for city properties.

5. Consider, discuss, and take action to approve additional blanket purchase orders for FY 24-25 for Street and Alley road materials. PO 1223020086 for JOB $17,500.00, and PO 1223020087 for Robinson $19,362.00.
