2. Consider and vote to enter Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(4) for confidential communications between the City Council, City Manager and the City Attorney regarding negotiations and contractual matters involving Oklahoma Tourism and Friends of Heavener Runestone.
3. Reconvene in Open Meeting
4. Consider and take possible action on matters discussed in Executive Session regarding Oklahoma Tourism and Friends of Heavener Runestone.
5. Adjourn
