This special meeting has been called for the purpose of considering, discussing, and taking possible action regarding the award of a contract for the Isolation Valve Project.

  • Review, consideration and discussion of bids received, contractor qualifications, and compliance with applicable bidding requirements.
  • Consideration, discussion, and possible action to recommend approval to the City Commission for the award of the contract for the Isolation Valve Project to the lowest and best responsible bidder, or to reject all bids.

  • Consider, discuss, and take possible action on resolution no. 2026-001 supporting the development and expansion of local food systems.
