Celebration of life for Superintendent Jimmy Dale Frazier Sr., 71, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, is noon Aug. 8 at Victory Worship Center in Spiro. Burial is 11 a.m. Monday, August 10, at National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
He was born August 2, 1954, in Pocola, to Lucille Cummings Taylor and Elish W. Frazier Jr.

In June 1972, he enlisted in the United States Army, where he faithfully served his country, including overseas service, until receiving an honorable discharge in October 1975.
Survivors are his wife, Margo Wyvonne Frazier of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his son, Jimmy Dale Frazier Jr. of Fort Smith, Arkansas; daughters Chandler Montgomery Dixon of Pocola, LaTisha Sherlynn Frazier of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Samantha Nadia Frazier Kelley (Brian) of Fort Smith, Arkansas; brother Stephen Taylor Jr. (Marilynn); sisters Theresa Elaine Lawrence and Lajuanna Lee Taylor; 16 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, church family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucille Cummings Taylor and Elish W. Frazier Jr.
