LeFlore County commissioner agenda for Tuesday’s regular business meeting at the board of county commissioners located at the county courthouse in Poteau.

Agenda

1.       Call to order.

2.       Minutes of previous meeting(s).

3.       Purchase orders/payroll (see attached list to be presented for payment).

4.       Monthly fee reports.

5.       Transfer of appropriations.

6.       Blanket purchase orders.

7.       New business.

8.       Contract labor/service agreements/annual contracts.

9.       Burn ban.

10.    Review and possibly approve resolution determining maximum monthly highway expenditures for September 2026.

11.    Review and possibly approve treasurer’s monthly report of officers for the month of August 2026.

12.    Consider and take action with respect to the approval of a resolution of the board of county commissioners of LeFlore County, Oklahoma (the “County”) approving the incurrence of indebtedness by the Poteau Valley Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) issuing its Drinking Water SRF promissory note of the Authority to the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (the “Note”); and containing other provisions relating thereto.

13.    Consider and possibly approve notice to sell county property to bid number 9393 in the amount of $390.74 regarding property described as Bokoshe Bissell Add, Blk 56 Lot 2 B1210 P209.

14.    Acknowledge receipt of notification approval letter from the Oklahoma Conservation Commission for an unpaved road grant in the amount of $75,000 for the Old Monroe Highway project within LeFlore County Commissioner Highway District 2.

15.    Consider and possibly approve lease purchase agreement between LeFlore County, Omega Fleet Services and Monument Bank regarding purchase of a 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 Warlock to benefit Bokoshe Fire Department.

16.    Adjourn.
