The LeFlore County commissioners met in a regular business meeting Monday with Chairman Jamie Oliver presiding. Also present were Vice-Chair Mike Parker, Member Josh Blaylock and County Clerk Kelli Ford.
The following action was taken by the board:
(1.) Chairman called the meeting to order.
(2.) Motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held September 14, 2026. Motion carried, all voting yes.
(3.) Motion was made and seconded to approve purchase orders and payroll as presented. Motion carried, all voting yes.
(4.) Monthly Fee Reports: None presented.
(5.) Motion was made and seconded to approve transfer of appropriation in the amount of $73,890 from CBRI-D2 account to URG-D2 Unpaved Road Grant account. Motion carried, all voting yes.
(6.) Blanket Purchase Orders: None presented.
(7.) New Business: None discussed.
(8.) Contract Labor/Service Agreements, Annual Contracts: None presented.
(9.) Motion was made and seconded to extend the current burn ban for LeFlore County through September 28, 2026. Motion carried, all voting yes.
(10.) Motion was made and seconded to approve affidavits certifying REAP completion and close-out documents for KEDDO REAP projects K1028-26 for Octavia Fire Department and K1030-26 for Fort Coffee Senior Center. Motion carried, all voting yes.
(11.) Motion was made and seconded to approve resolution to update officer designations by removing Gail Robinson as Receiving Officer from all Jail/JCA/JDOC accounts and replace with Ashley Harris (McDonald). Motion carried, all voting yes.
(12.) Motion was made and seconded to approve programming resolution for project number 26-CBRI-D1-RD-P128 related to improvements on Poker Bend Road located in LeFlore County Commissioner District 1. Motion carried, all voting yes.
(13.) Motion was made and seconded to approve flood plain development permit application numbers 9212026108 and 9212026107 as submitted by LeFlore County Rural Water 12 regarding construction within county right-of-way located in LeFlore County Commissioner District 2, Gilmore Road, Section 35, Township 7 North, Range 26 East and Durant Hill Road, Section 24, Township 7 North, Range 26 East. Motion carried, all voting yes.
(14.) Motion was made and seconded to approve flood plain development permit application numbers 9212026111, 9212026123, 9212026128, 9212026129 as submitted by ACRS Telecommunications Engineering regarding construction within county right-of-way located in LeFlore County Commissioner District 3, Section 3, Township 4 North, Range 26 East. Motion carried, all voting yes.
(15.) Motion was made and seconded to approve flood plain development permit application number 9212026109 as submitted by ACRS Telecommunications Engineering regarding construction within county right-of-way located in LeFlore County Commissioner District 3, Section 4, Township 4 North, Range 25 East. Motion carried, all voting yes.
(16.) Motion was made and seconded to approve flood plain development permit application numbers 9212026110 and 9212026130 as submitted by ACRS Telecommunications Engineering regarding construction within county right-of-way located in LeFlore County Commissioner District 3, Section 5, Township 4 North, Range 26 East.
