LeFlore County commissioners to consider grant, inspections Monday

The LeFlore County commissioners will consider a $75,000 unpaved road grant, selection of an engineer for county bridge inspections and several flood plain development permits during their regular meeting Monday. The meeting begins at 9 a.m. in the office of the Board of County Commissioners. county

The agenda includes:

1. Call to order.
2. Minutes of previous meeting(s).
3. Purchase orders/payroll (see attached list to be presented for payment).
4. Monthly fee reports.
5. Transfer of appropriations.
6. Blanket purchase orders.
7. New business.
8. Contract labor/service agreements/annual contracts.
9. Burn ban.
10. Review and possibly approve a resolution determining maximum monthly highway expenditures for October 2026.
11. Review and possibly approve the treasurer’s monthly report of officers for September 2026.
12. Review and acknowledge notification of a $75,000 grant approval from the Oklahoma Conservation Commission for Phase 2 of the Old Monroe Highway unpaved road project in LeFlore County Commissioner Highway District 2. county
13. Consider and possibly approve a resolution regarding selection of a responsible engineer for LeFlore County bridge inspections.
14. Consider and possibly approve flood plain development permit application No. 10052026142 submitted by ACRS Telecommunications Engineering for construction within county right-of-way in Commissioner District 3, Section 31, Township 5 North, Range 26 East.
15. Consider and possibly approve flood plain development permit application No. 10052026143 submitted by ACRS Telecommunications Engineering for construction within county right-of-way in Commissioner District 3, Section 32, Township 5 North, Range 27 East.
16. Consider and possibly approve flood plain development permit applications Nos. 10052026144 and 10052026146 submitted by ACRS Telecommunications Engineering for construction within county right-of-way in Commissioner District 3, Section 31, Township 5 North, Range 27 East.
17. Consider and possibly approve flood plain development permit application No. 10052026145 submitted by ACRS Telecommunications Engineering for construction within county right-of-way in Commissioner District 3, Section 33, Township 5 North, Range 27 East.
