Mexican man sentenced for unlawful reentry

Mexican man Basilio Antonio-Hernandez, a/k/a Basilio Hernandez, a/k/a Basilio Antonio Hernandez, a/k/a/ Basilio Antoniohernandez, a/k/a Antonio Hernandez Basilio, a/k/a Alexander Hernandez Hernandez, 41, of Mexico according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that he was sentenced to eight months in prison for one count of Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien.

The charge arose from an investigation by the Heavener Police Department and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Removal Operations.
