OU takes series vs. Mississippi State as No. 10 Oklahoma took its second SEC baseball series in as many weekends with a 7-3 win over Mississippi State in Sunday’s rubber game.

The Sooners improved to 20-3 with the win, including a 4-2 mark in SEC play. Oklahoma saw production up and down the lineup with six Sooners registering an RBI in the contest.

After OU starting right-handed pitcher Malachi Witherspoon retired the side in order at the top of the first, OU jumped in front on an RBI groundout from junior Easton Carmichael in the home half. 

In the second, junior Dawson Willis continued his hot streak at the plate with an RBI double to push the lead to a pair.
