Loyce Wayne Miller of Mustang (formerly of Heavener) was born July 17, 1948 in Greenville, Texas to Otis Miller and Ruby Arlee (Morris) Miller and passed away Aug. 28, 2025 in Oklahoma City at the age of 77.
