Theresa Gail Spencer, 78, of Tahlequah, passed away Aug. 16, 2026, in Tulsa.
She was born Sept. 12, 1947, in Oxnard, California, to Rachel (Leivas) and Eugene Clark.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Friday at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau, with Rev. Taylor Pollard officiating. Burial follows at Maxey Cemetery in Wister, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
Survivors are her husband, Kenny, of the home; daughters Rina Carlburg and husband James of Jenks, and Cheryl Russow of Bentonville, Arkansas; son, Eugene Gunner Gomez and wife Kathy Ray, of Longtown; grandchildren Thomas Gomez, Kaiwana Lee, Aaron Alvarez, Nick Isaacs and Amber Essary; brothers Phil Clark and David Clark, both of Lubbock, Texas, and Fred Leivas of Tulsa; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Frankie.
Pallbearers are James Carlburg, Robbie Lee, Gunner Gomez, Curt Daugherty, Nick Isaacs and David Alvarez.
