2026 Week 3 scores and Week 4 schedules for football teams in districts with LeFlore County teams Heavener, Panama, Pocola, Poteau, Spiro and Talihina.

Wiith the start of district play this week, there are some intriguing matchups. The Heavener.news top games of the week are:

1. Broken Bow at Sallisaw. Matchup of two of the top teams in the district to kick off district play. Both teams are undefeated.
2. Mannford at Poteau. Mannford, the only newcomer to the district is undefeated while Poteau comes in at 2-1 and this game will determine if Mannford is a challenger in a tough district.
3. Sequoyah-Tahlequah at Lincoln Christian. Undefeated Sequoyah faces defending Class 3A champion Lincoln Christian in a game that could decide the district champion.
4. Pocola at Vian. Pocola opens district play at perennial power Vian. The Indians are 2-1 while Vian has struggled early, coming into the game 1-2, but with a win over a Class 3A team.
5. Stilwell at McLain. Undefeated Stilwell, two words that you don’t hear often, travels to 2-1 McLain in a game that will show if the Indians are a threat in district play.
6. Central at Regent Prep. Central is 2-1 while Regent Prep is 3-0. This game will likely decide which team finishes second in the district.
7. Victory Christian at Roland. Victory Christian and Roland are both 2-1. Roland is a much better team than in the last few years while Victory Christian is another team playing in a lower class than it should.
8. Heavener at Checotah. After getting in the win column in its last game, Heavener visits undefeated Checotah to kick off district play. Checotah has scored at least 51 points in all three blowout wins.
9. Warner at Coalgate. A battle of two 2-1 teams which will go a long way toward the district order.
10. Ada at Hilldale. Ada is 0-3 against bigger schools. Now the Cougars play a school in their own class, Hilldale, which is 2-1 and always a tough team, especially at home.
