Funeral services for Linda Louise Chastain planned

Funeral services for Linda Louise Chastain, 73, of Spiro, are 2 p.m. on Monday at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Spiro with Reverend Vernon Stone officiating. Burial will follow at Old Bokoshe Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Spiro.

Linda was born on Aug. 3, 1952, in Greenville, Michigan, to Sybil Christine (Hill) Woods and Charles Morton Woods. She passed away on April 14, 2026, in Spiro.

Linda enjoyed fishing and cooking, and she cherished spending time with her family. She had a special love for her dogs, Grunt and Sister, who brought her much joy.

She was united in marriage to Robert Chastain on Nov. 26, 1971, in Yreka, California. He preceded her in death on August 19, 2022.

She was also preceded in death by her mother, Sybil Woods; her husband, Robert Chastain; her sister, Rose Marie Weaver; and her granddaughter, Kailey Pulliam- Chastain.

Survivors include her children Danelle Sneed and husband Chris, Stephen Chastain and wife Jennifer Pulliam, and Stacey Treat and husband Dustin; her grandchildren Seth Chastain, Nathan Sneed, Brayden Treat and wife Talia Cox, Austin Treat, Alex Treat, and Ember Pulliam-Chastain; her great-grandsons Adrian Treat and Deacon Treat; her sisters, Beth Fernandez and husband Jim Cameron and Peggy Schwarz; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Carl and Vicky Chastain; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and loved ones.

Pallbearers are Brayden Treat, Austin Treat, Alex Treat, Stephen Chastain, Seth Treat, and Justin Thomas. Honorary pallbearers will be Dustin Treat, Seth Chastain and Nathan Sneed.
