Funeral services for Rose Mary Jeffery, 56 of Jacksonville, Florida, are 2 p.m. Friday at Lighthouse at the Crossroads Church in Spiro with Reverend Howard Jeffery officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Spiro.
Rose Mary was born Aug. 3, 1969 in Port Richey, Florida to Millie Burton (Patrick) and Leslie Patrick. She passed away peacefully on June 17, 2026 in Jacksonville, Florida.
Rose Mary was a loving wife, devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and a friend to many. She married the love of her life, Joseph Levy “Joe” Jeffery, on Aug. 15, 2002 in Cincinnati, Ohio, and together they shared a life built on love, commitment, and family.
Those who knew Rose Mary will remember her for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and the joy she brought into the lives of others. She was a woman of remarkable strength and resilience, facing life’s challenges with courage, grace, and determination. Her ability to keep moving forward, to love deeply, and to find happiness in the moments that mattered most was an inspiration to those around her.
Rose Mary had a passion for shopping, crafting, and creating special memories with the people she loved. She considered her family the greatest blessing of her life and lived for the moments spent with them.
Rose Mary’s loving memory will be cherished by her husband, Joe, of the home; her son Reese Jeffery and wife Chanel; granddaughter, Summer Raynn, of Jacksonville, Florida; Joe’s children and grandchildren whom she loved as her own: Joseph Jeffery, Willie Jeffery and Sinda, Christina Jeffery, Evy and Justin Morse, Eden and Otis Stewart; grandchildren Elijah, Dakota, Amelia, Sebastian, Ricky, Jagger, Moses, Carmen, Ella, Claire, Sophie; her sister, Leslie Keene, of Cullman, Alabama; her cousin, Patience Reese; numerous other dear relatives; and many treasured friends.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
A private family viewing is Thursday from 3 to 5 p.m. A closed casket wake service will follow from 6 to 8 p.m.
Pallbearers are Reese Jeffery, Ricky Cooper, Jagger Cooper, Sebastian Jeffery, Bow Joles, Tom Steele, and Elijah Jeffery.
