Jackson Brian Willhite, 51, of Poteau passed away on April 16, 2026, in Poteau.

He was born on Oct. 27, 1974, in Claremore to Carolyn Jean (Brown) Willhite and Tommy Willhite. He graduated from Cameron High School in 1993.

Memorial service is at a later date. 

Survivors are his parents Tommy and Carolyn (Brown) Willhite; his wife, Laura Willhite; daughters Jacqulynn Willhite (Dustin Hamman) and Alyssa (George McGuire); son, Levi Willhite (Carissa Ford); sisters Barbara Albertson and Kellie Burdick and husband John; brother, Tommy Allen Willhite; grandmother, Shirley Hamilton; grandchildren Braisen Willhite, Bryten Hamman, Wyatt Willhite, Camille McGuire, Rosalie McGuire, George Dante McGuire and Chenoa Idarra; as well as numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his sons Jackson Brian Willhite Jr. and Jacob Ryan Willhite, and a niece Sharon Rena Gates.
