LeFlore County commissioners to discuss road projects, use tax Monday

The LeFlore County commissioners will hold a regular business meeting at 9 a.m. Monday in the office of the board of county commissioners at the LeFlore County courthouse.

Agenda:

1. Call to order.

2. Minutes of previous meeting(s).

3. Purchase orders/payroll (see attached list to be presented for payment).

4. Monthly fee reports.

5. Transfer of appropriations.

6. Blanket purchase orders.

8. Contract labor/service agreements/annual contracts.

9. Burn ban.

10. Consider and possibly approve resolution allowing county treasurer to reinvest surplus of county health department funds for October 2026.

11. Consider and possibly approve resolution and certification letter authorizing LeFlore County Commissioner District 2 to apply for a grant under the Oklahoma Unpaved Roads Program in the amount of $75,000 for project number 26-CBRI-D2-RD-103 for Phase 2 of Old Monroe Highway improvements, to benefit County Commissioner District 2.

12. Consider and possibly approve programming resolutions for project numbers 26-CBRI-D3-RD-P091 (Benson Lane) and 26-CBRI-D3-RD-P092 (Gardenhire Road) for the purpose of authorizing road improvements on each project, located in LeFlore County Commissioner District 3.

13. Review and possibly approve resolution regarding appropriating 72% of all future use tax collections to the county general account, and 28% to the highway use tax account, which is to be split evenly between LeFlore County Highway Departments Districts 1, 2 and 3.

14. Consider and possibly approve County Primary Road Maintenance Act resolution concerning project number 40-84C-D3-015 on Walker Mountain Road for LeFlore County Highway District 3.

15. Consider and possibly approve Interstate 40 Crosstown steel beam transfer form regarding surplus property consisting of steel beams resulting from the deconstruction of the Interstate 40 Crosstown Bridge located in Oklahoma County.

16. Consider and possibly approve flood plain development permit application number 9282026135 as submitted by ACRS Telecommunications Engineering regarding construction within county right-of-way located in LeFlore County Commissioner District 3, Section 4, Township 4 North, Range 26 East.

17. Consider and possibly approve flood plain development permit application number 9282026136 as submitted by ACRS Telecommunications Engineering regarding construction within county right-of-way located in LeFlore County Commissioner District 3, Section 8, Township 4 North, Range 26 East.

18. Consider and possibly approve flood plain development permit application number 9282026137 as submitted by ACRS Telecommunications Engineering regarding construction within county right-of-way located in LeFlore County Commissioner District 3, Section 5, Township 4 North, Range 26 East.
