LeFlore County commissioner met in a regular business meeting Monday with Vice- Chair Mike Parker, Member Josh Blaylock, District 3 First Deputy Donnie Brown and County Clerk Kelli Ford. Absent: Chairman Jamie Oliver.

- Member Josh Blaylock called meeting to order.
- Motion was made by Josh Blaylock and seconded by Mike Parker to approve the minutes of regular meeting held April 13, 2026. Motion carried, all voting yes.
- Motion was made by Mike Parker and seconded by Donnie Brown to approve purchase orders and payroll as presented. Motion carried, all voting yes.

- Motion was made by Josh Blaylock and seconded by Mike Parker to approve Cooperative Law Enforcement agreement between the U.S. Forest Service and the LeFlore County Sheriff Department. Motion carried, all voting yes.
- Motion was made by Josh Blaylock and seconded by Mike Parker to approve resignation letter as submitted by Garry Ivey from the LeFlore County Hospital Authority Board and Sales Tax Supported Hospital Authority Board, effective February 15, 2026. Motion carried, all voting yes.
- Motion was made by Josh Blaylock and seconded by Mike Parker to approve resolution to appoint Tommy Caldwell to the LeFlore County Hospital Authority Board and Sales Tax Supported Hospital Authority Board. Motion carried, all voting yes.
- Motion was made by Josh Blaylock and seconded by Mike Parker to approve declaration of surplus regarding county owned inventory item D2-307.0090, Caterpillar motor grader, serial number M9D1592, purchased September 6, 2013 in the amount of $135,423.19 to benefit LeFlore County Commissioner District 2. Motion carried, all voting yes.
- Motion was made by Mike Parker and seconded by Donnie Brown to approve resolution for disposing of equipment regarding county owned inventory item D2-307.0090, Caterpillar motor grader, serial number M9D1592, purchased September 6, 2013 in the amount of $135,423.19 to benefit LeFlore County Commissioner District 2. Motion carried, all voting yes.

(20.) Motion was made by Josh Blaylock and seconded by Mike Parker to approve bid notice and resolution to accept sealed bids for a new truck with trade – in of 2019 Ford F150 to benefit the LeFlore County Assessors’ Office. Motion carried, all voting yes.
