LeFlore County commissioner minutes from Monday’s meeting with Chairman Jamie Oliver presiding. Also, present were Vice- Chair Mike Parker, Member Josh Blaylock and County Clerk Kelli Ford.

- Chairman Jamie Oliver called meeting to order.
- Motion was made by Jamie Oliver and seconded by Josh Blaylock to approve the minutes of regular meeting held May 4, 2026. Motion carried, all voting yes.
- Motion was made by Jamie Oliver and seconded by Mike Parker to approve purchase orders as presented. Motion carried, all voting yes.
- Motion was made by Jamie Oliver and seconded by Josh Blaylock to approve monthly fee report as presented by the LeFlore County Court Clerk. Motion carried, all voting yes.
- Motion was made by Jamie Oliver and seconded by Mike Parker to approve the following transfers of appropriations:
- $15,000 from FDPOT- 2R Lease/ Rental account to FDPOT-2 M&O account.
- $25,000 from Opioid Grant account to Opioid-2 M&O account.
Motion carried, all voting yes.

- New Business: None discussed.
- Contract Labor/ Service Agreements, Annual Contracts: None presented.
- Burn Ban: Not needed at this time. No discussion.
- Motion was made by Josh Blaylock and seconded by Mike Parker to approve resolution regarding LeFlore County Sheriff’s Office Funding Assistance 2026 grant application. Motion carried, all voting yes.
- Item was considered to open and possibly award bid for the purchase of a new truck with trade – in of a 2019 Ford F150 to benefit the LeFlore County Assessors’ Office. No bids were received. No action taken.
- Motion was made by Jamie Oliver and seconded by Mike Parker to approve 6-month highway material vendor bid list, with the removal of vendors supplying concrete, as those services are no longer needed. Motion carried, all voting yes.
- Motion was made by Josh Blaylock and seconded by Mike Parker to approve interlocal agreement between LeFlore County Districts and Latimer County Districts regarding sharing/ borrowing certain equipment and/ or manpower. Motion carried, all voting yes.
- Motion was made by Jamie Oliver and seconded by Josh Blaylock to approve resolution regarding countywide address assignment procedures, GIS coordination and MSAG compliance. Motion carried, all voting yes.
- Motion was made by Jamie Oliver and seconded by Mike Parker to approve bid notice and resolution to accept sealed bids for the purchase of a pumper truck to benefit Bokoshe Fire Department. Motion carried, all voting yes.
- Motion was made by Mike Parker and seconded by Josh Blaylock to approve the programming resolutions for project numbers 26-CBRI-D1-RD-P124 (Carters Lake Road) and 26-CBRI-D1-RD-P125 (Walls Road) for the purpose of authorizing road improvements on each project located in LeFlore County Commissioner District 1. Motion carried, all voting yes.

(19.) Motion was made by Josh Blaylock and seconded by Mike Parker to approve the following resolutions for disposing of equipment for county owned inventory as submitted by LeFlore County Commissioner District 2:
- D2-322.017, Track Hoe, serial number 514609, purchased May 29, 2007 in the amount of $3,818.75, sold to Extreme Work & Play. This item was sold with item D2-322.020, John Deere Back Hoe on May 12, 2025 for a combined total of $40,000.
- D2-348.037, 1997 Lowboy Trailer, serial number 112SAZ443VL0491, purchased January 30, 2004 in the amount of $25,000, sold to Central Ky Fence through Iron Planet in the amount of $24,500.
- D2-348.041, Kohler Engine, serial number 5207600428, purchased December 18, 2023 in the amount of $1,223.07, sold to Central Ky Fence through Iron Planet along with item D2-328.037, 1997 Lowboy Trailer for a combined total of $24,500.
- D2-325.031, Helix Spreader, serial number 231031304222, purchased January 11, 2024 in the amount of $8,706, sold to LeFlore County Commissioner District 1 in the amount of $5,000.
- D2-320.018, 1999 Roscoe 9 Wheel Roller, serial number 35907, purchased December 26, 2024 in the amount of $16,000, sold to Midwestern Equipment through Iron Planet in the amount of $3,945.
(20.) Motion was made by Josh Blaylock and seconded by Mike Parker to approve amended resolution appointing Tommy Caldwell to the LeFlore County Hospital Authority Board and Sales Tax Supported Hospital Authority Board to include term start date of February 15, 2026 and term expiration date of June 30, 2027. Motion carried, all voting yes.
(21.) After meeting with Oklahoma Rehabilitation Services representatives Emilie Stufflebeam and Megan Ketch, motion was made by Jamie Oliver and seconded by Josh Blaylock to approve the Business Enterprise Program (BEP). The BEP provides employment opportunities for people who are legally blind or visually impaired by assisting them in becoming Licensed Vendors that handle all aspects of operations, including: installation, stocking, maintenance, and customer service. Motion carried. All voting yes.
Motion was made by Jamie Oliver and seconded by Josh Blaylock to adjourn. Motion was approved all voting yes, Oliver-yes, Parker-yes, Blaylock-yes.
