LeFlore County f Commissioner minutes from the regular business session Monday with Chairman Jamie Oliver presiding. Also present were Vice-Chair Mike Parker, Member Josh Blaylock and County Clerk Kelli Ford.

Chairman Jamie Oliver called the meeting to order.

The board approved the minutes of the regular meeting held April 20, 2026, on a motion by Jamie Oliver, seconded by Josh Blaylock. Motion carried, all voting yes.

Purchase orders as presented were approved on a motion by Josh Blaylock, seconded by Mike Parker. Motion carried, all voting yes.

The monthly fee report as presented by the LeFlore County Court Clerk was approved on a motion by Jamie Oliver, seconded by Mike Parker. Motion carried, all voting yes.

No transfer of appropriations, blanket purchase orders, new business or contract labor and service agreements were presented. A burn ban was not needed at this time.

The board approved a resolution allowing the County Treasurer to reinvest surplus County Health Department funds for May 2026 on a motion by Jamie Oliver, seconded by Josh Blaylock. Motion carried, all voting yes.

A bid was opened for the purchase of a used pumper truck to benefit the Bokoshe Fire Department. No bids were received and no action was taken.

The board awarded a bid for the purchase of two motor graders from Warren Cat to benefit LeFlore County Commissioner District 2 on a motion by Josh Blaylock, seconded by Mike Parker. The first motor grader is a 2003 140H, serial number 2ZK08125, unit number U164610, in the amount of $75,000. The second motor grader is a 2007 140H, serial number CCA03728, unit number U170536, in the amount of $75,000. Motion carried, all voting yes.

The board approved a resolution to remove Mildred Rogers and Bobby Morgan from account 207934 held at Central National Bank (First National Bank of Fort Smith) and add Jedd Kirby to said account on a motion by Jamie Oliver, seconded by Josh Blaylock. Motion carried, all voting yes.

The board approved the KEDDO REAP close out document and affidavit certifying REAP completion of KEDDO REAP K9032-25 on a motion by Josh Blaylock, seconded by Jamie Oliver. Motion carried, all voting yes.

The board approved a declaration of surplus of county owned inventory item B-606.220, a 2025 Staccato gun, serial number P2150446, purchased Feb. 3, 2025 in the amount of $2,214 as submitted by the LeFlore County Sheriff’s Department, on a motion by Jamie Oliver, seconded by Mike Parker. Motion carried, all voting yes.

The board approved a resolution for disposing of the same county owned inventory item, a 2025 Staccato gun, serial number P2150446, purchased Feb. 3, 2025 in the amount of $2,214 as submitted by the LeFlore County Sheriff’s Department, on a motion by Jamie Oliver, seconded by Josh Blaylock. Motion carried, all voting yes.

The board approved a resolution establishing a new fund, Safe Oklahoma — AG, with account number 1526-2-0400-2326, regarding an awarded state grant for local law enforcement issued by the Attorney General to benefit the LeFlore County Sheriff’s Department, on a motion by Jamie Oliver, seconded by Josh Blaylock. Motion carried, all voting yes.

The board voted to table an amended resolution appointing Tommy Caldwell to the LeFlore County Hospital Authority Board and Sales Tax Supported Hospital Authority Board, which would have included a term start date of April 20, 2026 and term expiration date of June 30, 2027, on a motion by Jamie Oliver, seconded by Josh Blaylock. Motion carried, all voting yes.

The meeting was adjourned on a motion by Jamie Oliver, seconded by Josh Blaylock. Motion approved, Oliver — yes, Parker — yes, Blaylock — yes.
