Red Oak man dies Friday at approximately 11:58 a.m. one mile west of Fanshawe in LeFlore County.

Matney was pronounced deceased at the scene and transported to McCarn Funeral Home in Talihina.
The accident is under investigation by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Seat belts were equipped, but not in use. Airbags were equipped, but failed to deploy.
The accident was investigated by Trooper Michael Scantling.
