LeFlore County District Court filings from July 27-31, 2026, along with mortgage instruments filed with the county during the same period. Defendants named in criminal filings are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Great meeting with tax director

We had a great meeting last week with Doug Linehan, the executive director of the Oklahoma Tax Commission. We had 28 attendees. He spent more than an hour speaking and answering questions from individuals about their taxes and returns and from tax preparers. He explained where the agency was when he took the job as director, where they are now and where he hopes to go in the future.
