Oklahoma State Questions on the Ballot
Two statewide legislative referendums appear before voters across all 77 counties:
- State Question 845 (Legislative Referendum 379): Asks voters whether to amend the Oklahoma Constitution to modify the structure and appointment framework of the state’s Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC).
- State Question 847 (Legislative Referendum 381): A constitutional measure addressing property taxes, specifically asking voters whether to place caps or limits on the annual growth limit of calculated fair cash property values.
