Heavener City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed budget along with a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Commission at 6 p.m. Thursday in Heavener’s City Hall at 103 East Avenue B in Heavener.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING — PROPOSED FY 2026-2027 BUDGET
A Public Hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budgets for the City of Heavener and the Heavener Utility Authority (HUA) will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Heavener City Hall, 103 East Avenue B, Heavener, Oklahoma. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on the proposed budgets for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2026. All residents are encouraged to attend and provide comment.
Note: Citizens wishing to address the Mayor must sign in prior to the meeting with their name and subject. Speakers are recognized in sign-in order and are limited to three (3) minutes each. Comments must be relevant to the proposed FY 2026-2027 budgets. The Mayor reserves the right to maintain order and keep discussion on topic.
