Talihina man dies in fatality accident at approximately 11:35 a.m. Monday a mile from LeFlore Road and approximately five miles south of Fanshawe in LeFlore County.

Gregory Savage, 39, of Talihina was pronounced deceased at the scene after a 2009 Toyota Venza driven by Zi Lin, 65, from Brooklyn, New York crossed the center line and struck the 1992 Toyota Tacoma driven by Charles Mills, 64, also of Talihina head-on.

Lin was transported by AirEvac to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa and admitted in stable condition with trunk internal and head injuries.

Mills was transported by AirEvac to St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa where he was admitted in critical condition with trunk internal and lower extremity injuries.
