After one of the driest Septembers in history, all it took was to move into October and presto, rain and more rain.

We will have a steady, heavy rain is expected for Friday morning with showers continuing during the afternoon and into Friday night.

Thursday’s high was 80 with a low of 69. A total of .39 inches of rain was recorded, leaving October’s monthly rainfall at .39 inches. Average rainfall is 4.80 inches for October.
